First a little about Christina.....
Pastry Chef Christina Bondoc has been in love with desserts since she was a child. Passing up Saturday morning cartoons for cooking shows on KQED like Julia Child's' was just the beginning. A fascination for desserts turned into an obsession and after years and years of tinkering and experimenting in the kitchen (not to mention subjecting her family and friends to said experiments), enrolling in Tante Marie Cooking School's Professional Pastry Program in San Francisco only seemed natural.
Dedicated to only using the finest ingredients as well as supporting local San Francisco Bay Area food producers, Christina will work with you to come up with the most delicious and eye-catching cake and dessert presentation that will be sure to impress.
